According to the site www.rwandinfo.com Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza doesn't collaborate with the FDLR.
“The FDLR declare that the three individuals that the authorities in Kigali have described as members of our organization have been approached and corrupted by the RPF regime, and then deserted the ranks of the FDLR since October 2007 for Habiyaremye and since May 2008 for Nditurende and Karuta. Since then they have been serving the RPF regime in its macabre projects...”, wrote Callixte Mbarushimana, the Executive Secretary of the FDLR. The three FDLR ex-soldiers are presented as accomplices of Victoire Ingabire, but the Executive Secretary of the FDLR is categorical: “The FDLR categorically reject the false statements of the fascist regime of the RPF that the UDF (FDU) of Ms. Victoire Ingabire would collaborate with the FDLR.”
We know that Mrs. Ingabire has always been and still is against any conquest of power by force. She said that her party has decided to participate at elections to demonstrate that there is a peaceful alternative to access to the power. It was a message of peace but president Kagame didn't get it.
Let us be honest! Why would Mrs. Ingabire try to collaborate with impecunious soldiers instead of collaborating directly with civil and military leadership of the FDLR? It's not easier to meat Mbarushimana in Paris as to pay a trip for deserted soldiers?
Mrs. Ingabire, please adjust radio frequencies and send your message of peace again: “I am a daughter and a mother, moved by the misery and humiliations of my people. I don't need an army to defeat the dictatorship. All we need is determination, commitment and patience. The sacrifices of all committed people will overcome our misery and this endless crisis in our motherland. (...) We don't need another war in our country. Too much blood has been poured. Enough is enough...”
